ReidCo and His Unconstitutional Plan
Monday, October 26, 2009 at 4:59PM Two posts from Memeorandum that deal with the UNCONSTITUTIONAL Obamacare Bill or the Baucus Bill, whatever toots your flute.
The first one is Brian Butler' TPMDC: Over White House Skepticism, Reid Likely To Go The Opt Out Route
The second one is Glenn Thrush at the Politico: Reid announces opt-out public option
We have already discussed this ReiCo Putrid Option garbage but...
See this post: Senate on Verge of Health Bill
We ended that post with Obama not having aclue and now we have ReidCo the War Is Lost mutants saying what, now? An opt out? The States might opt out but what about the rest of us? And then, the States will have to pay for it all anyway. I don't see that anywhere in the United States Constitution. Do you?
We have Medicare going on without so much as a thank you and we have the Medicare Fraud - $60 Billion and Growing. We have the FLOTUS plays the woman card to sell Obamacare which can also be noted as Fearmongering First Lady Pushes Nationalized Health Care (Video). Either way, her community organizing does NOT work at any time any where. So, the ReidCo Senate Plan Would Explode Number of Uninsured Americans and the only way out is for every body to have no health care what so ever. That'll solve a lot, wouldn't it?
The worst thing about this entire debacle is this: Obama voters have let down their leader. Sounds nutty, right?
As Obama flails about, a very few of his fans are beginning to notice he can't deliver. His image sold to the public during the campaign was as phony as a David Axelrod astroturf group shilling for Commonwealth Edison. But for those who bought into him hook line and sinker, failure needs rationalization. [...]
How many times have we said this BEFORE the coronation and after? And the Baucus Bill? Baucus Bill Is a Cure Worse than the Disease. No kidding? Don't tell the socio-marxists that! So, Dems Ready to Ram It Through– Nationalized Health Care Here We Come. I sure hope we see this thing end and end drastically. I really don't see anything yet...just a lot of Democrats ranting and raving about a lot of nuttin'.
Like Michelle Malkin writes: The fit hits the shan: Reid to announce public-option plan; Update: Where’s the beef? It al boils down to the "moderate" Ds and Rs but Allapundit says that it is a go with ReidCo. So far he's the only one: Reid: Yes, the Senate bill will have a public option. And if he does have a "plan", it will fail.
One day, someone will determine the constitutionality of a federal health care plan.
Here is another Memeorandum piece...
