I think 4 well placed MOP GBU-43/B's along with a couple of MOAB's would take care of the "Mt. Rushmore" problem. Make a pile of rubble out of a mountain in mere moments.

Pull the plug on the Byrd head and another problem solved.

As for the rest of the slack-jawed no-load dip-dunk slap heads in CONgress we can get JDAM creative...do a little shock and awe on Capitol Hill.
