Michael Kinsley Wants To Change Our National Anthem

Ed Morrissey posted an article seeking input as to the viability of changing our National Anthem to something more appropriate, as Michael Kinsley wasnts to do.  I left my two-cents but it didn't match up to this one.

Father was in Germany during WW2 with Army, father in law was off Saipan in the Navy. I was in Vietnam with USMC, my son is in Iraq with AF SP. I won’t just kick Kinsley’s ilk in the nuts, I’ll deball them with a butter knife.

That about settles that.  here's my comment.

Isn’t it just amazing how people want to rewrite our history? Obviously this clown doesn’t know the history behind the inspiration of the National Anthem.

If the futz cannot sing it, let him hum it.

They sure are rewriting it so much so if we were to return to school, the history books would look like people magazine to us,
