The Snooper Report

Why does Arlen Specter seem to think that all is well?  He hasn't read the Bill yet...all 1018 pages that I am ALMOST done with?  I know it is a tough read and all and it takes nearly a day or so to read at least 100 pages or more but, DAMN!  Specter hasn't read ANY of it yet!  Maybe he will get blasted in the next election.

I caught this from Jammie Wearing Fool: Arlen says the protests are "not necessarily representative of America".

Sen. Arlen Specter said Wednesday he thinks people who have been angrily disrupting town hall meetings on overhauling the health care system are "not necessarily representative of America," but should be heard.

"It's more than health care," said Specter, 79, who earlier this year left the Republican Party and became a Democrat. "I think there is a mood in America of anger with so many people unemployed, with so much bickering in Washington ... with the fear of losing their health care. It all boils over."

Specter and Sen. Claire McCaskill, a Missouri Democrat, appeared on a nationally broadcast news show Wednesday, a day after town hall meetings they hosted erupted in the same kind of catcalls, jeers and shouting that has characterized many such forums in recent weeks. "There were a couple of tough moments," McCaskill said of her experience, "but it lasted two hours and there were thousands of people there."

Jeers and taunts drowned out both Specter and McCaskill on occasion Tuesday. President Barack Obama was treated more respectfully at his town hall meeting in New Hampshire. [...]

People have actually READ the Bill - the HEALTH CARE REFORM Bill - and have come to talk about it.  Isn't that what these Town Halls are for to talk to each other?  It seems that the "representatives" have decided to perform these Town Halls to DICTATE TO and not listen to anyone...we can tell by the VIOLENT reactions of the SEIU and other proponents of the PRO Health Care reformers.

Well, at least Obama had a GREAT time in New Hampshire with all of his "sell outs" and bussed in supporters to the Town Hall.  OOPS!

Obama sure said that he didn't want a whole bunch of supporters there...AHEM!

Sheila Jackson-Lee showed here concerns in Houston..."She's not even listening. … Seriously? … I mean, come on."  GREAT!

Macsmind says that Obamacare is done, or at least seriously dampered.  I sure hope so seeing that the "polls" are showing that Obamacare is 42% FOR Obamacare and 53% ANTI Obamacare.  One never knows.

White House Insists "Bussed In" Town Hall Members Were Not Planted... They Were Picked Randomly By Computer

Fox News: The White House said the audience members at yesterday's town hall in New Hampshire were picked randomly by computer.  Even the ones that were bussed in.
