So Obama Has Declared That the Public Option is Now Closed

Does ANYONE believe that?  I have heard that the Public Option is over until 2013.  Damn.   I didn't think Obama was going to make until the end of 2009.

Take a look at the posts below.  Evidently, the Obamacare public option (single payer) route is up for this go around.  Here's the problem.

THE HEALTH CARE BILL IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Does anyone get that?  I don't care what is on the Bill, it isn't constitutional.  There is NO PLACE in the Constitution that declares a government paid for or condoned or authorized health care anything.  The health care topic is a State issue and nothing but a State issue.  Even the CURRENT federal guidelines currently in place are unconstitutional.  Dump it all and give the "problems" back to the States.  End of discussion.
